MEAT PROCESSING FACILITY
We have completed bench scale testing working on a project for a large customer that involves recycling of the water and reclamation of the FOG in the water.
We are working on a Beef Kill plant with a flow rate of 10 cubic meters per minute.
They want to recycle the water coming off the process‚ we are looking at pre–DAF‚ post–DAF‚ lagoon holding waters and finally Hot Box waters‚ they are only able to reclaim about 45% of the FOG.
With the new technology‚ we will get 99% of the remaining FOG plus can recycle the water as it will be free of bacteria and more.
They system technology uses the skid mounted Dow Tequatic™ Plus as prefiltration feeding the new LEI Automated Ultra Filtration System to do the finish work!
