LEI-Pure

Microfiltration

Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration, Microfiltration.

Our LEI-Pure membrane filtration systems offer many traditional upgrades to our standard models. We do not cut corners on the quality because we understand that industrial clients demand (and deserve) reliable performance.

LONGEVITY AND RELIABILITY

The LEI-Pure reverse osmosis and membrane systems are designed to last longer than other options on the market. We have designed our systems with higher recycle flow rates that significantly increases membrane life. Our standard design flux is lower than most at 19 GFD for extremely low fouling. When comparing products, please be aware of what you are buying; the higher the flux rate, the higher the fouling rate. We designed LEI-Pure to:

  • Withstand wear and tear on water system membranes
  • Reduce cleaning periods
  • Eliminate excessive maintenance and parts replacement

Our designs also incorporate Activated Water Technology, exclusively used on our membrane systems. This non-chemical technology does not add any ions or by-products of any kind to the water. Instead, it decreases the hydrogen bonds which in turn decrease the surface tension of water. This prevents scale, allows for higher recovery rates, reduces operating pressures, reduces biological fouling, and significantly reduces cleanings.

DESIGNED TO WITHSTAND

LEI-Pure reverse osmosis (RO) systems were born through necessity. We were buying and re-selling other manufacturer’s membrane filtration equipment and their quality kept deteriorating. After years of repairing and rebuilding other brand’s equipment, we began building our own. You will not find cost- or quality-cutting on this equipment.

CUSTOM DESIGN

We can build our LEI-Pure system to different footprint requirements and custom applications, as well as for seawater, wastewater, and power requirements (to include solar and wind-powered needs). We have even built these systems in cargo containers, barges, and on trailers for mobility.
